Payment
We use secure payment methods. Credit card payments are taken via PayPal, you do not need a PayPal account to do this. We also accept cheques or bank transfer payments, please contact us for details. You will receive a confirmation email once you have paid and then when your item has been dispatched.
For original paintings we ask that you contact us to discuss payment and delivery details. The original painting is purchased directly from the artist. Payment in £ sterling is also accepted.
Delivery
All delivery times are approximate. From receipt of payment, print orders normally take between 4 and 6 days before they are ready for shipping. This is dependent on the size of your order, our current workload and the printing process itself. After we receive payment and your work is scheduled with the printer, you will receive an email letting you know the estimated dispatch day so that you know your print is on its way. For UK delivery, please allow between 6 and 10 working days. For all other destinations the delivery time will be slightly longer.
Paintings are individually dealt with using a secure courier service. We take every precaution to package the original painting carefully therefore please allow some additional time for this process. We will inform you as soon as your painting has been packaged and sent using our delivery service. The package is insured and there will be a tracking number for you to access its whereabouts at all times.
